Terms of Use - AI Readiness Audit

General terms and conditions for using the AI Readiness Audit service by CNTS Ltd.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AI Readiness Audit service, available at cnts.bg/audit, provided by CNTS Ltd (Centre for New Technology Systems), UIC 206255746, with registered office and address of management: 44 Dunav St., fl. 3, 1202 Sofia, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we" or "CNTS").

By using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

AI Readiness Audit is a service for evaluating the technical readiness of websites for interaction with AI systems. The service is offered in two tiers:

1.1. Free Audit (Free Tier)

A deterministic score from 0 to 100 points, based on six automated checks:

  • Presence and content of robots.txt
  • Presence and content of llms.txt
  • Presence of an XML sitemap
  • Structured data (JSON-LD / Schema.org)
  • Meta description
  • Open Graph markup

The free audit is entirely deterministic - it does not use artificial intelligence to generate the score. The result is computed programmatically based on objective technical criteria.

1.2. Paid AI Readiness Kit

A personalized package with specific files and recommendations for improving the AI visibility of your website. It includes:

  • Generated llms.txt file
  • Generated llms-full.txt file with detailed content
  • Patch for robots.txt with AI bot rules
  • JSON-LD structured data
  • CMS implementation guide
  • Personalized AI visibility guide

Format and compatibility: The Kit includes text files (.txt), JSON files (.json) and HTML guides. The files are compatible with any text editor, web server or CMS. Access is provided through a standard web browser. No specialized software is required. No DRM restrictions apply.

2. Transparency Regarding the Use of AI

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) and the principles of transparency, we declare the following:

  • The free audit is entirely deterministic and does not use AI models. The score is generated by a fixed algorithm.
  • AI Readiness Kit - the content of llms.txt, llms-full.txt and the AI visibility guide is generated using the AI model Anthropic Claude (Opus). The generated content undergoes automated validation before delivery.
  • The CMS guide and the robots.txt patch are template-based (deterministic) - they are not generated by AI.

The AI model processes only publicly available information from your website. No personal data is transmitted to the AI provider beyond the public content of the audited site.

3. Pricing

The price of the AI Readiness Kit depends on the current score of the site:

  • €19 - for sites with a score of ≥70 points (minimal improvements needed)
  • €29 - for sites with a score of 40-69 points (moderate amount of work)
  • €49 - for sites with a score of <40 points (significant amount of generated content)

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. VAT number: BG206255746. CNTS reserves the right to change prices; changes do not affect already paid orders.

4. Payment and Delivery

The contract between CNTS Ltd and the user is deemed concluded at the moment of receiving confirmation of successful payment from Stripe.

Payments are processed through Stripe - a certified payment service provider. CNTS does not store bank card data.

Delivery is digital and immediate - the AI Readiness Kit is generated and provided automatically after successful payment. Typical processing time is 2-3 minutes.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation at the address you provided, containing: order information, confirmation of your consent for immediate delivery, and notification of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Access to the generated Kit is provided for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

In the event of a technical issue preventing the generation or delivery of the Kit, CNTS Ltd will make a retry within 24 hours. If the issue is not resolved, the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Consumer Protection Act:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of payment, without giving any reason.

Since the AI Readiness Kit is digital content the delivery of which begins immediately after payment, within the meaning of Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by making the payment you expressly agree that the delivery of the digital content shall begin before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Notwithstanding the above, as a gesture of goodwill, CNTS will consider any refund request submitted within 14 days of purchase. To do so, contact us at [email protected].

When exercising the right of withdrawal (where applicable), CNTS Ltd will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method.

6. Service Limitations

The AI Readiness Kit is provided in accordance with the description in Section 1 and meets the legal requirements for conformity of digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770. The following limitations reflect the nature of the service:

  • Improvement of rankings in search engines or AI systems after applying the recommendations.
  • A specific level of AI visibility or traffic from AI assistants.
  • Compatibility of the generated files with every CMS or hosting platform.
  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content - it should be reviewed by the user before publication.

The user is responsible for reviewing and implementing the recommendations.

Statutory Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770, if the delivered digital content does not conform to the description in Section 1, you have the right to request:

  • Bringing into conformity (re-generation);
  • A proportionate reduction of the price;
  • Termination of the contract and a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Generated files - the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the generated files (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, JSON-LD, etc.) for their own website.
  • Methodology and platform - the scoring algorithms, platform design, templates and software remain the intellectual property of CNTS Ltd.
  • Resale - the resale, mass distribution or provision of generated Kits to third parties as a service is prohibited.

The right to use the generated files is perpetual - the user may continue to use the already downloaded and implemented files after the expiry of the 6-month platform access period. The license is valid for the website specified at the time of order. Use for additional websites requires a separate order.

8. Fair Use and Restrictions

To ensure the quality of the service, the following restrictions apply:

  • A maximum of 10 free audits per hour from a single IP address.
  • Automated mass scanning without prior written consent is prohibited.
  • CNTS reserves the right to block access in case of abuse or attempts to overload the system.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

The processing of personal data in connection with the AI Readiness Audit is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

Brief summary of the data processed:

  • Free audit - URL of the scanned site, IP address (for rate limiting), technical request information.
  • Paid Kit - additionally: email address and payment information (processed by Stripe).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNTS Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or the implementation of the recommendations.
  • Loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
  • Actions of third parties, including AI models and search engines.
  • Changes in the algorithms of AI systems or search engines that may affect the visibility of the site.

The maximum aggregate liability of CNTS under these terms is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of CNTS Ltd and does not affect consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the mandatory provisions of Bulgarian law, including the statutory guarantee of conformity of digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770.

11. Force Majeure

CNTS Ltd shall not be liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company (force majeure), including: natural disasters, internet infrastructure disruptions, government actions, unavailability of service providers (Stripe, Anthropic, Firecrawl). In the event of force majeure lasting more than 30 days, the user has the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be referred for resolution to the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.

For consumers residing in another EU member state, the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 regarding competent jurisdiction shall apply.

13. Amendments to the Terms

CNTS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the moment of their publication on this page. For material changes, we will notify users by email (if available). Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Complaints and Claims

For complaints regarding the quality of the service, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the CPC (Commission for Consumer Protection) or use the ODR platform.

14. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
