The reality

Most sites aren't ready for AI

78%

of sites have robots.txt (Cloudflare Radar, 2026)

<1%

of Bulgarian SMBs have an llms.txt file

3.9%

serve markdown via content negotiation

34

average AI Readiness Score in Bulgaria

Methodology

Three pillars of AI readiness

The Score covers Pillar 1 — whether AI can read your site. Pillars 2 and 3 are the next step once the foundation is in place.

1

Structure

Can AI read the site? llms.txt, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, valid HTML.

2

Content

Does AI understand what you do? JSON-LD schema, meta description, Open Graph.

3

Recommendations

Will AI recommend you? Reviews, local signals, competitor comparison.

6 signals we check

Each signal gets a score and a concrete fix

llms.txt (30 points)
Standard file that tells AI agents what the site is about and which pages matter. The single most important AI-readiness signal.
robots.txt + AI bot rules (25 points)
Three-tier check: are GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot allowed? Is there a Content Signals block? Are sitemaps correctly listed?
sitemap.xml (15 points)
Without a sitemap, AI agents miss your inner pages. We check URL count and validity.
JSON-LD structured data (15 points)
4-tier qualitative analysis: Organization, LocalBusiness, Product/Service, Review. Richer semantics = more AI understanding.
Meta description (10 points)
The short description AI shows as a snippet. Without it, recommendations feel generic — or don't appear at all.
Open Graph (5 points)
og:title, og:description, og:image — key for how the site appears in links and AI chats.

Why CNTS

For businesses, not engineers

Cloudflare shipped a great developer audit — but their remediation is "copy these instructions into Claude Code." If you don't write code, that's not an answer.

We generate the actual files (llms.txt, robots.txt patch, JSON-LD schema) and give you a step-by-step guide for your CMS — WordPress, Shopify, Astro, OpenCart, Wix. Open the admin panel, paste the file, verify. Done.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the AI audit check?
We scan the site for 6 signals that determine whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude can read and recommend it: llms.txt, robots.txt with AI bot rules, sitemap.xml, JSON-LD structured data, meta description and Open Graph. Each signal gets a score and concrete fix instructions for your CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Astro, hand-rolled HTML, etc.).
Is it free?
The audit and the score report are fully free. If you want the generated file set (llms.txt, robots.txt patch, JSON-LD schema) and a CMS-specific step-by-step guide - that's €19 one-time. No subscription.
How long does it take?
About 15 seconds. The crawler fetches only the homepage and public files (/llms.txt, /robots.txt, /sitemap.xml). We don't store your site's content.
Why should I make my site 'AI-visible'?
More and more people ask ChatGPT instead of Google ("recommend a hotel in Bansko," "good dentist in Plovdiv"). AI agents read websites differently from search engines - they rely on structured text, schema.org and special signals like llms.txt. If your site is built only for humans, AI skips it and recommends your competitor.
The tool UI is in Bulgarian — can I still use it?
Yes. The audit itself works for any website in any language. The report page and remediation guide are currently Bulgarian-first because the tool targets Bulgarian SMBs. English UI is on the roadmap.
How does this compare to Cloudflare's isitagentready.com?
Cloudflare shipped a great developer-oriented check (16 signals across 5 pillars), but their remediation is "copy these instructions into Claude Code." If you aren't a developer, that isn't an answer. We generate the actual files and give you a step-by-step guide for your CMS. Built for business owners, not engineers.
